Limavady United blasted their way into the Ladbrokes Intermediate Cup final thanks to a 5-2 defeat of Hanover at Mill Meadow.
The game was only six minutes old when Hanover's Matthew Brown opened the scoring with a well placed header from inside the box.
As the half progressed Limavady began to dominate and, following a sustained period of pressure, the equaliser came from player-manager Paul Owens. Moments before the break he produced a blistering shot from the edge of the area which flew past the Hanover keeper.
The Roesiders went in front just before the hour mark thanks to an unstoppable 20-yard Gary McFadden drive.
And it was 3-1 on 74 minutes when Joe McCready lobbed the keeper, however Hanover pulled one back a few minutes later when Neil Cochrane found the back of the net with a header.
Chasing the equaliser, Hanover came close a couple of times before Declan McKeever put the game beyond their reach with a stunning finish on 88 minutes.
Then, in stoppage time, Sean McCarron added a fifth for United with a deflected effort which went in off Neil Taylor.
