Cliftonville Ladies and Lisburn Rangers will contest next month's Electric Ireland Women's Challenge Cup final following last four victories over Glentoran Women and Derry City Women on Friday night.
The Reds broke Glentoran's long stranglehold on the competition with a 3-1 victory at Dixon Park, whereas Rangers squeezed past the Candystripes at Mill Meadow by the odd goal in three.
Danielle Maxwell fired Cliftonville in front with just over a quarter-of-an-hour on the clock with a close range finish from Kirsty McGuinness' cross.
Demi Vance levelled for the outgoing holders just five minutes after that courtesy of a left-foot finish from a Sarah Tweedie pass.
But two goals after the break tipped the balance in favour of Cliftonville.
McGuinness got her name on the scoresheet on 54 minutes with a deflected finish into the corner of the net before, midway through the second half, Marissa Callaghan beat the offside trap to lob keeper Ashleigh McKinnon from around 25 yards.
In what will be a repeat of the League Cup final, the Reds will come up against Lisburn Rangers in the decider.
Rangers broke the deadlock against Derry City two minutes into first half stoppage time when Caoimhe Gelston Mulholland found the net.
Ellie Long levelled for the Candystripes just before the hour mark but, with five minutes remaining, Gracie Conway popped up with what proved to be the winner.
