The Northern Ireland Women’s Under-17 squad for Euro qualifiers this month has been named.

Gail Redmond’s U17s are set to compete in League B in the second and final round of the WU17 Euro 2025 qualifiers.

And the mini tournament for Group 1 in League B is being staged in Northern Ireland.

Redmond has chosen a 20-strong panel for games against Estonia, Montenegro and Kazakhstan.

First up for the WU17s, on St Patrick’s Day (Monday 17 March), is a game against Montenegro at Seaview Stadium in Belfast (5.30pm kick-off). Earlier that day Estonia and Kazakhstan will be in action at the same venue (12.30pm).

Matchday two, on Thursday 20 March, will see Northern Ireland take on Kazakhstan at Inver Park in Larne (4pm start), while Estonia and Montenegro will meet at Seaview (12.30pm).

And in the third and final set of fixtures in the group, on Sunday 23 March, Northern Ireland are due to come up against Estonia at Seaview as Montenegro face Kazakhstan at Inver Park (both 5.30pm starts).

The winners of League B Group 1 will be promoted to League A for stage one of the qualifiers for WU17 Euro 2026 this autumn.
