BBC Sport NI is to stream the Northern Ireland senior women’s team’s UEFA Women’s Nations League play-off matches against Montenegro, starting with tomorrow’s game in Podgorica.
Northern Ireland will be taking on Montenegro in the first leg of the play-off at the Gradski Stadion in the Montenegrin capital tomorrow (23 February) and the game is set to kick off at 1pm UK time.
And then it’s back to Belfast for the return leg at the National Football Stadium at Windsor Park on Tuesday (27 February). That game has a 7pm start.
Both matches will be streamed live on the BBC iPlayer and BBC Sport NI website.
BBC commentator and presenter Thomas Kane will be joined by Northern Ireland Women’s record caps holder, Julie Nelson, for tomorrow’s game and by Rachel Furness, Northern Ireland’s record goalscorer, for Tuesday’s return leg.
The overall winner of the play-off will be in League B in the European Qualifiers phase of the Women’s Nations League this year, while the losing team will be in League C.
Tickets are still available for the second leg match at the National Football Stadium. Visit www.irishfa.com/tickets for more information.
