The Irish Football Association’s digital matchday programme for tonight’s Women’s Euro 2022 qualifier between Northern Ireland and Belarus is now live.
The e-programme features Northern Ireland senior women’s team manager Kenny Shiels’ thoughts ahead of the crunch game at Seaview.
It also contains the squad line-ups for both Northern Ireland and Belarus – plus a welcome to the match from Irish FA President David Martin.
And there’s a page featuring 11 virtual mascots who have been nominated by the Green and White Army.
In his programme notes the manager points out: “Our game against Belarus in Minsk last month was a tough encounter and I have no doubt we are facing another stiff test at Seaview.
“Both teams have all to play for. If we succeed then we know we are one game away from a play-off for a place at Women’s Euro 2022, and that game is on Tuesday at home to the Faroe Islands.
“If Belarus win then they could automatically qualify for a place at the finals if they defeat Wales next week and then beat Norway in a rearranged fixture.”
Tonight’s game (7.00 start) is being played behind closed doors due to Covid restrictions, however it is being streamed live on the BBC Sport website and iPlayer.
