Northern Ireland Women's Under 19 manager Alfie Wylie was glad to get the job done as his side reached the European Championship Elite Stages.
His side went down 7-0 to Germany in the final group game but Kosovo fell one goal short in their 5-1 win against Estonia to ensure Northern Ireland qualified as group runners up.
Two goals in stoppage time put the nerves into the manager as he wasn't aware of the score in the Kosovo game, he said: "We thought we had our hearts broken in the final minutes but full credit to the girls they battled hard.
"Our girls worked hard, we have a super group who fight and battle hard and in this tournament showed how much it means to play for Northern Ireland.
"It's superb for us and we would have took that at the beginning of the tournament as that was the objective at the start of the week.
