Northern Ireland Women's U19 boss Alfie Wylie is proud of the commitment his team are showing as they continue to prepare for the UEFA Women's Under 19 Championship this summer.
The Under 19's are training hard with camps over Christmas and meeting up at weekends to be prepared for the UEFA Women's Under 19 Championship which will see them up against the best Europe can offer.
Manager Alfie Wylie shared his happiness at the response he has got from his team, he said "It's going well. The girls are working hard. We had camps over Christmas and this weekend again. The attitude has been brilliant and it's great to see so many people buy in over the winter months.
Although he is happy so far, with seven months to go there's still a way to go. Wylie shared what the message is for his team with time on their side: "(We still need) A lot more handwork and dedication. We have to stay focused. Elite isn't something you are, you have to work hard to become elite."
