Defender Lauren Robson believes the work on the training pitch is bringing her team-mates together as they prepare for the UEFA Women's U19 Championship which will be held in Northern Ireland.
The tournament, which takes place in August, will pit Northern Ireland against the best Under 19 teams in Europe and preparations are well underway.
The Women U19s held a training camp with their senior counterparts and Robson shared why these opportunities are crucial, she said: "Camps like this are very important, it gives us the opportunity to train together twice a day which is really good and we have a match later on today.
"It's all good preparation to bring us together and bond really well."
With the Championships seven months away, Robson shared her expectations of what the coming months will look like: "We are expecting a lot of game preparation, a lot of friendlies to get us in the mood and to get us prepared.
"We have to be prepared to face the big countries which will be a big challenge."
