They will work as part of a team to ensure all involved within boy’s football uphold the standards expected. The volunteers will get to meet new people, network with other local football stakeholders, learn new skills and develop experiences which could help them both personally and professionally.
Volunteer Training and Supervision
The volunteers will be appointed a volunteer coordinator and supervisor who will instruct them on a weekly basis. Volunteers will be provided with an induction and training by the IFA or NIBFA in preparation for taking up the role.
Volunteer Expenses
It is anticipated that the IFA / NIBFA will be in a position to offer Volunteer Out Of Pocket expenses.
