Both Glentoran and Cliftonville have been charged and fined by the Irish FA’s Disciplinary Committee for breaches of Article 33 of the Irish FA’s Disciplinary Code (spectator misconduct).
The committee charged Glentoran with a breach of Article 33 during their NIFL Danske Bank Premiership fixture v Linfield at the National Football Stadium at Windsor Park on Monday 27 December and the club have been issued with a £300 fine.
Cliftonville were charged with a breach of Article 33 during their NIFL Danske Bank Premiership fixture v Crusaders at Solitude on Tuesday 4 January. Cliftonville have also been sanctioned with a £300 fine.
It was both clubs’ second Article 33 charge of the season.
