Over 18,000 Northern Ireland fans enjoyed a thrilling 2-0 FIFA World Cup qualifying win over Czech Republic in Belfast yesterday (Monday 4 September).
Jonny Evans and Chris Brunt scored the goals, securing second place in Group C behind leaders Germany.
Northern Ireland are now firm favourites to claim a playoff fixture for November, which would see Michael O’Neill’s team encounter a home and away tie for the right to play in next year’s FIFA World Cup finals in Russia.
