Germany and France are the final two teams to qualify for this summer’s Women’s Under 19 Championship finals in Northern Ireland.
They will join Spain, England, Scotland, Italy, The Netherlands and hosts Northern Ireland for the tournament kicking off on 8th August. Germany qualified through their group unbeaten and France were the best second placed team in the elite round.
For the first time in women’s football, home nations England, Scotland and Northern Ireland will compete in a major tournament when it all kicks off this summer.
The tournament finals will take place across Northern Ireland running from 8th to 20th August. The draw for the tournament takes place in Belfast on Thursday 22nd June where the teams will be drawn into two groups.
