The Northern Ireland senior women’s FIFA World Cup Qualifying matches against Austria and England will be broadcast live on the BBC.
On Friday evening BBC Sport NI will stream the Group D game against Austria on BBC iPlayer live from Wiener Neustadt (kick off 19.30). With six matches played, both countries are level on 13 points and the game will have a major say on qualification for the tournament which is set to be staged in Australia and New Zealand next summer.
Former Northern Ireland international Gail Redmond will join Thomas Kane on commentary for the match which will be live on BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport NI website.
On Tuesday (12 April) Northern Ireland welcome Group D leaders England to The National Football Stadium Windsor Park (kick off 19.55).
With over 15,000 fans expected the match promises to be one of the biggest in the history of women’s football in Northern Ireland and the game will be live on BBC Two, BBC Two NI and BBC iPlayer.
Ashley Hutton, who has 110 caps for Northern Ireland, will join Alex Scott for the coverage which will be presented by Gabby Logan. Robyn Cowen will be on commentary alongside Fara Williams and Gail Redmond.
