Northern Ireland Under 17s lost 3-0 to Belgium in the second game of their European Championship qualifying in Malta.
Goals from Lars Dendoncker, Antoine Colassin and Yorbe Vertessen sealed the win for the Belgians to leave Northern Ireland with two defeats from their opening two games of the three game tournament.
Belgium took the lead after 11 minutes and Midfielder Colassin soon made it two with 17 minutes gone.
Ben Wilson had the first chance for the Under-17s but his effort was saved by Goalkeeper Maxime Delanghe.
Belgium then scored the goal to put the game out of reach just after half time as Forward Vertessen made it 3-0 to Belgium.
Substitute Callum Ferris had a late chance for Stephen Frail's side but it was again kept out to make it 3-0 at full time.
The Under 17s play the final match of their qualifying against Malta on Wednesday 1 November at 10:00am.
