Alfie Wylie has named his last squad before he has to decide which 18 players he'll take into the UEFA Women's Under 19 Championships beginning on 8 August.
The squad of 22 sees Lauren Perry, Kelsie Burrows, Megan Bell and Emily Wilson promoted to the Under 19's from the Under 17s as Wylie decides which 18 he will take into the finals.
It's been a year of preparation that now comes down to this weekend for who will make it, he said: "This is the final group of 22 players which we will select our final 18 players from. We have had a number of players in and looked at from all over Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, Canada, America so it's now down to them."
"The girls have worked very hard since last year, and I have seen their fitness levels improve and how they have played but now we are about to be facing big nations.
"It's an exciting weekend but it's also nervous as it is a challenge as the girls won't make it easy for us. We have 22 exceptional players here wanting to be in the 18."
They face Wales in a double header on Saturday and Monday as part of the Super Cup NI and both games will be taking place at the Ballymena Showgrounds. Wylie knows it'll be a tough challenge to prepare them for the finals: "Wales will provide two big games for us because they are a top country.
"They have hosted the UEFA Women's Under 19 Championships in 2013 so we will see their legacy and how we can now mark ourselves against that.
"This weekend we would like to win the Super Cup and come away with a win and a draw, no defeats. But we will rotate the players so that everyone gets an opportunity to play and impress."
The details for those fixtures are:
Saturday 22 July - Northern Ireland v Wales - Ballymena Showgrounds - KO 3pm.
Monday 24 July - Northern Ireland v Wales - Ballymena Showgrounds - KO 12pm.
