Northern Ireland defender Chris Baird shares why it is always a 'no brainer' to answer the call from his country.
Baird made his International debut against Italy in 2003 and has since gone on to make 76 appearances.
Through the current highs and previous lows, the defender is always proud to represent Northern Ireland, he said: "Every opportunity that you get the call it's a no brainer, you always have to go and represent your country. It's the highest accolade you know and i still enjoy every minute of it and still enjoy pulling on the jersey."
