Michael O'Neill speaks on the competition for places

Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill has spoken on the battle for places with new additions Michael Smith & Conor Washington.
Smith, a full back for Peterborough United, will be challenging for his spot and O'Neill shared the difficulty he faces to get into the starting lineup.
He said: "There's competition in that place. We got Conor McLaughlin, Lee Hodson, Aaron Hughes who can all play there and it gives us a chance to look at him. It gives us a chance to look at him as his performances have caught the eye."
