Elite Performance Director Jim Magilton explains the purpose of Club NI in the development of the next Northern Ireland Internationals.
Teams travelled over to Scotland to face off against their Scottish counterparts Rangers, and Magilton explained what these experiences teach young players hoping to go far in the game.
He said:
''It's about young players experiencing playing against players who are in an academy setup seven days a week, and to understand what it takes to become a professional footballer.''
