Conor McLaughlin, Women's World Cup & your GAWA traditions!
This bumper episode begins with Sunderland signing Conor McLaughlin who tells us about his move & the legacy of his double nutmeg against Germany.
Also, Senior Women Internationals Demi Vance & Jessica Foy share with us about their trip to the Women's World Cup & how the tournament can influence us here in Northern Ireland.
When it comes to GAWA pre-match traditions it doesn't get much bigger than Stuart Lemon from the NI Fans team. Stuart helps organise fan matches before Northern Ireland games against fans from the opposition.
He told us: "It's been going on for years and it feels like a really important part of the Northern Ireland family now. We try to organise games for the away matches too and get a lot of help from the Irish FA with transporting kit."
The NI Fans team has received support from the Irish FA Foundation and every game raises money for charities.
Stuart revealed: "Over the years we have literally raised thousands of pounds for charity with these fan games. It's obviously great fun and great to be able to show some hospitality to the travelling fans but it's really all about the opportunity to raise money for charity.
"We're always looking for new players to get involved in the games so please search for us on social media and get in touch at the NI Fans Team pages."
You can hear more from Stuart and some other GAWA traditions on the Northern Ireland Podcast, available now in the video at the top of the page.
