NIWFA clubs were invited by Electric Ireland to take part in a workshop to learn how they can more efficiently use printed and digital media to promote themselves.
The Game Changers workshop took place on Tuesday 23 July in the media centre at the National Football Stadium at Windsor Park.
Representative's from various women's leagues across Northern Ireland attended the event to gain valuable insights from industry professionals.
Anne Smyth from Electric Ireland took part in the event and was pleased with what the clubs were able to take away from it.
She said: "We really want to empower the clubs to tell their stories. They've got good stories to tell, they're at the heart of their communities. There are lots of ladies playing football every week and we want them to talk about it.
"We had speakers from Aiken PR and Official Irish FA and I think the clubs really learnt a lot from it which can only be good for the future."
