Northern Ireland midfielder Stuart Dallas has suffered a fresh injury blow.
The Leeds United player had been out of action for around six weeks after breaking a foot in a Championship game against Sheffield United at the start of December.
However, following his return to full-time training, he has now picked up an ankle injury which will keep him on the sidelines possibly for another six weeks.
On announcing his latest injury on their official club website, Leeds wished the midfielder a speedy recovery.
Northern Ireland boss Michael O’Neill will be hoping Dallas, one of the most consistent performers in his team of late, will be fully recovered and raring to go by the time the home Euro 2020 qualifiers against Estonia and Belarus come around at the end of March.
