A new video, commissioned by the Irish FA, features exclusive behind the scenes footage of the Northern Ireland team and their manager.
Filmmaker Chris Nelson, of Storyhouse Films, was given access to the senior men’s squad and Michael O’Neill in the week when Northern Ireland played Bosnia and Herzegovina in the UEFA Nations League and Israel in an international challenge match.
His video features an exclusive interview with the Northern Ireland boss as well as exclusive interviews with Oxford United winger Gavin Whyte and Norwich City full-back Jamal Lewis, two of the young players who have helped to freshen up the senior men’s panel.
And it also shows Northern Ireland training and games in a way never seen before.
“It’s basically Northern Ireland uncut. It was great to be given access to the squad and Michael O’Neill and I hope the fans enjoy the final cut,” said Nelson, who worked closely with the Irish FA's Media Team to deliver the project.
