adidas Football today revealed the home kit which will be worn for the first time by the Northern Ireland senior men’s international side in this week’s FIFA World Cup Play-Off match against Switzerland.
The jersey takes inspiration from a past shirt design but is brought into the 21st century with progressive tooling and innovation.
adidas has created a kit to fit the occasion for Northern Ireland with a design based on the famous 1982 away jersey, but this time in the iconic home green.
A polo collar is combined with an outline of the famous Irish FA logo on the back of the shirt to firmly root the jersey in the football history of the nation. White shorts and green socks create a look in line with the most iconic of Northern Ireland kit designs.
Now available to pre-order exclusively in the IFA.JD App, with free next day delivery for today (6/11). For the first time with Northern Ireland and adidas, the shirt is also available in women’s fit.
