The Association is sad to learn of the passing of former international player Sammy J Wilson.
A successful player with Glenavon, with whom he won three Irish Cup Winners medals, he then was transferred to Falkirk and later to Dundee, winning 12 international caps between 1962 -68 and scoring seven goals.
The Association passes its condolences to his family circle at this sad time.
