Sion Swifts, winners of the 2017 Electric Ireland Women's Challenge Cup, will face last years runners up Linfield Ladies in the Quarter Finals.
The 'Tie of the Round' will see 1st face 3rd in the current Danske Bank Women's Premiership season with Linfield Ladies currently top of the league.
The two teams met recently in the league and neither side could find the winner in a 1-1 draw, which was the first goal Linfield Ladies had conceded this season as well as their first points dropped.
Elsewhere, current holders and seven time winners Glentoran Women will travel to Solitude to face Cliftonville Ladies whilst Comber Rec Ladies of the Premiership will face NIWFA Championship side Ballymena United Allstars.
And finally Crusader Strikers will travel to another NIWFA Championship side Lisburn Ladies to complete the quarter final draw.
All matches to take place on Monday 1st of July at 7:30pm.
