The draw for the semi-final of the Junior Cup took place last night at the Irish FA’s new Education and Heritage Centre at the National Football Stadium at Windsor Park.
The semi-final draw sees Newry Celtic take on Enniskillen Rangers and Ahoghill Thistle face either Finaghy or Hill Street, with the ties to be played on Monday 3rd April.
Guests and club representatives were joined by Chairman of the Junior Cup Committee Gordon Lee who conducted the draw in the Irish FA’s new visitor attraction.
Enniskillen Rangers made their way to the semi-final stage having defeated Lower Shankill 2-1 in their last eight tie, with Newry Celtic beating Claudy Rovers by the same score.
Ahoghill Thistle were narrow 3-2 winners over Strathroy Harps with their opponents coming from the quarter-final match between Finaghy and Hill Street which will be played on Saturday.
