The pick of the ties include current NIFL Championship leaders HW Welders facing Wellington Rec of Division 1B in the Northern Amateur Football League.
Also two fifth tier sides will face for the chance to be in the fifth round draw, when the Danske Bank Premiership sides join the competition, as Abbeyvilla face Rathfrilland Rangers.
And 12 time winners Lisburn Distillery will face fellow Championship side Knockbreda.
