During July and August, two sessions per day are taking place each Tuesday and Thursday at venues across Northern Ireland: Queen’s Sport, Belfast; Ulster University (Jordanstown, Coleraine and Magee campuses) and the Mid Ulster Sports Arena in Cookstown.
The sessions are skills based, thus providing the players with extra contact time. The sessions also include fitness programmes.
Players from the Northern Ireland U17, U19 and senior women’s squads as well as local clubs have also been invited in take part in the sessions.
Irish FA TV this week caught up with National Women’s Coach, Alfie Wylie to find out a bit more about the summer programme.
