The aim of the day was to give the girls more experience of the small sided games format before they step up to under 11s later in the year. There were girls as young as 6 years old involved today which would have been their first taste of playing in structured games.
Bangor Ladies FC Club Manager Peter Gilmore said 'The focus of today was to develop these young girls understanding of SSG and give them match experience against other teams. The development of the girls, even over these 5 or 6 games, was fantastic to see.'
