Throughout the year Irish FA Football Development staff offer a variety of events and competitions that provide school children with opportunities to be introduced to the game of Futsal and compete for regional and national honours.
Primary Schools events typically take place in March and April with Post Primary School Events be conducted in October and November. In 2017 competitions will be established for Colleges and Universities as the expansion of Futsal within an education context continues. The introduction of Futsal within all of Northern Ireland's Universities will also lead to the inclusion of Northern Ireland representation in BUCS Futsal competitions for both males and females.
