Admission
A 2024-25 Campaign Package permits you to occupy your allocated seat at home matches or any such other alternative seat as the Irish FA may allocate to you at its reasonable discretion.
The Irish FA reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from, the stadium any person who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Purchasing Campaign Package
Where an account holds two or more Campaign Packages, the Lead Booker is the person who is named on the account and is responsible for all Campaign Packages within the account and acts on behalf of, and is responsible for, all ticket holders within the account in relation to these Terms and Conditions.
Additional Campaign Package Benefits
Campaign Package holders will have the opportunity to benefit from exclusive offers and discounts from our partners and suppliers, including but not limited to a 15% discount on official merchandise through our exclusive retail partner JD. As a Lead Booker it will be your responsibility to supply the correct details of each Campaign Package holder to ensure that they receive the additional Campaign Package benefits and communications as part of the campaign.
Personal details
Each Lead Booker must provide a valid email address, postal address and date of birth. If your details change during the campaign you must notify the Irish FA as soon as reasonably practicable. Personal details can be updated by logging on to Account Manager and selecting ‘edit my profile’. As a Lead Booker you will also be responsible for supplying the full name, valid email address and date of birth of each person who holds a Campaign Package within your account. Failure to supply this information in full may lead to the cancellation of a Campaign Package.
Communications
The Lead Booker will receive all relevant information via email and therefore a valid and unique email address must be supplied for each account. It is the responsibility of the Lead Booker to ensure all contact information is valid and updated via the Account Manager. Any request in relation to a Campaign Package can only be submitted from the Lead Booker and from the email address assigned to the account.
Payments for Campaign Package(s)
Where a Campaign Package is purchased using a payment plan, the Lead Booker has agreed that all payments will be deducted automatically. Payment information must be kept up to date. All changes, including new expiry dates, must be communicated to us in full, as soon as received from your bank or card issuer. On failure of payment, the Lead Booker will be notified by email. The Irish FA will not accept any responsibility if emails are not read. Failure to resolve any failed payments within 10 working days will result in termination/invalidation of the Campaign Package(s). Where a Campaign Packageis cancelled due to non-payment no refund on payment already received will be given.
Right of first refusal for home friendly fixtures
Campaign Package holders are entitled to right of first refusal for additional home friendly match tickets. Lead Bookers will be contacted by email with purchase information. The right of first refusal period will be at the discretion of the Irish FA Ticketing Department. All deadlines, procedures and any relevant application process set out by the Irish FA must be followed when applying for tickets. Where possible the seat(s) held by the Campaign Package holder(s) will be made available, however this cannot be guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the Lead Booker to check emails regularly for communications regarding right of first refusal.
Priority booking for away tickets
For away qualifiers up to 5% of capacity of the stadium in which a fixture is to be played is available to visiting supporters. The maximum number of tickets that a Lead Booker can apply for will be equivalent to the number of Campaign Packages held within the account. Lead Bookers will be contacted by email in advance of an away match with purchase information and instructions for submitting an expression of interest. All deadlines, procedures and any relevant application process set out by the Irish FA must be followed when applying for away tickets. The Lead Booker is responsible for providing the correct information of those travelling to away matches. Priority booking for away tickets is available to all Campaign Package holders, however the Irish FA cannot guarantee tickets for any fixture and away tickets are subject to availability. Lead Bookers are responsible for all tickets purchased within their account and for the behaviour of the ticket holders.
Priority booking based on recognition points
On occasion, when demand for tickets outweighs supply, additional criteria can be used by the Irish FA to determine a priority booking system and tickets will be allocated accordingly. On this occasion the maximum number of tickets that a Lead Booker can apply for will be equivalent to the number of Campaign Packages held within the account.
Changes to dates, seats, refunds & exchanges
No guarantees can be given by the Irish FA that a match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. The Irish FA reserves the right to reschedule any match without notice and without any liability whatsoever. Your Campaign Package ticket will enable you to attend the re-arranged match.
The Irish FA will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss of damage, loss of enjoyment or travel costs.
The Irish FA may, at its reasonable discretion, relocate the holder to an alternative seat/space or part of the stadium for any match played at the stadium.
