Dungannon Swifts were invited to an Irish FA Disciplinary Committee hearing on 1 December following their challenge to a charge of bringing the game into disrepute (Article 17 of the Irish FA’s Articles of Association) against their player Caolin Coyle.
The charge related to the alleged misconduct of urinating in public at Mourneview Park during the Swifts’ NIFL Danske Bank Premiership fixture against Glenavon on Saturday 16 October.
Upon review of evidence supplied by the club, the Disciplinary Committee found that the charge was not proven and therefore no further action was taken.
