The members of the mighty Green and White Army have been supporting the Cancer Fund for Children since the glorious summer of 2016.
This year, why not substitute your football boots for walking boots and sign for Northern Ireland's leading children's cancer charity? It's your chance to tackle our highest peak to raise money in support of local families affected by cancer.
You could climb higher than Jonny Evans challenging for a corner in the beautiful Mourne Mountains on Sunday 26 May 2019.
It's your chance to rally your friends, family and fellow GAWA members and complete this challenge whilst also supporting children with cancer.
The climb sets off from Donard car park at 9.30am, and participants will walk for approximately 5.8 miles in total, climbing to 2,550ft and taking in the spectacular Mourne views. On a clear day, you will see as far as Scrabo Tower, the Wicklow Mountains and Isle of Man!
When you sign up, as part of the day you’ll receive a fully guided walk with experienced marshals, a post-climb celebration barbecue at The Anchor Bar, teas and coffee, a fundraising pack as well as support from your Cancer Fund for Children dedicated fundraiser.
