Northern Ireland trained at the Estadio Rommel Fernandez on Sunday (4.30pm local time / 10.30pm GMT) ahead of their international challenge match with Panama.
It was the squad's first training session since arriving in Panama City on Saturday night.
Temperatures reached 24C, with players making use of towels soaked in iced water to help cool down.

Northern Ireland play Panama on Tuesday (2am Wednesday GMT) and Costa Rica on Sunday (6pm GMT).
