Ladbrokes has been announced as the new sponsor of the Intermediate Cup as the quarter final draw was held at the National Football Stadium at Windsor Park.
The quarter final games will be played on Saturday, 11th March (kick-off 1:30pm).
The tie of the round sees Premier Intermediate League leaders Donegal Celtic host Premiership Development League leaders and Steel & Sons Cup holders Linfield Swifts.
Another plum tie sees Newington, fresh from a defeat of Newry City last night, welcome former NIFL side Portstewart to Seaview.
And Limavady United could potentially face a local derby in the form of Maiden City or, if not, no less intriguing opponents in Cliftonville Olympic.
Meanwhile, Mid-Ulster Intermediate 'A' side Hanover, conquerors of Carrick Rangers Reserves in the last round, have been handed a home time against Ards Rangers, currently second in the NAFL Premier Division.
Hanover manager Steven Hyndes said;
“We’re very proud indeed to have got to this stage and hopefully we can go further. It means a hell of a lot to us.
“For a small club like ourselves to be in the spotlight locally it’s massive. Everyone is buzzing and looking forward to it.
“The players have got to do what they’ve been doing all year. They’ve got to show the commitment they’ve been showing, but not only that, they’ve got to believe it themselves that they can go further.
“Ards will be favourites but at the end of the day if they [our players] have a wee bit of belief and show the right commitment I have no doubt we can go through to the semi-finals.”
