Sixty-five young players aged five to fourteen years, boys and girls, had great fun as they learnt new skills and made new friends.
The ever popular Ifa camps are an excellent way for all our young players to spend their free holiday time availing of top coaching from
Northern Ireland's finest coaches.
This week's special guest was Newry, Mourne & Down council's mayor Naomi Bailie.
Naiomi took time out of her busy schedule to meet all the players and explain her role in our district through a question and answer
session.
Naiomi expressed her thoughts on the visit. "This was my first ever visit to an Ifa holiday camp and to say I was impressed would be an
understatement." "The excellent organisation, discipline, fun and care that was taking place was a credit to Seamus and his professional team."
"I look forward to my next invite and would like to thank Clare for my gift of flowers."
The Ifa are delivering holiday camps throughout Northern Ireland this summer with record numbers booking on.
