The training sessions are divided into two age groups and are open to female footballers born 2001/02/03 and 2004/05 and from the Derry~Londonderry area and North Tyrone. Players are required to attend both sessions.
The Regional Excellence programme is the first step on the ladder towards becoming a future International player. Players are asked to bring a training kit and boots with them suitable for playing on artificial surface and appropriate warm clothes.
