Take in some of the most dramatic and breath-taking scenery in Northern Ireland with this hike, which will give you the chance to see some stunning views of the coast, sea and countryside. Forest loughs, rivers and bogs await you as you walk in the footsteps of 18th century smugglers on the Trassey Track.

Every mile you hike and every penny you raise will help us be there when a child needs us most. Together we can rebuild children’s lives and prevent abuse from ruining anymore.

You can choose to register as an individual or as a team. It costs just £20 to register for the stunning 14-mile walk or £25 to register for the 20-mile route. Whichever walk you go for, we ask that you try to raise as much sponsorship as you can to help make a difference to vulnerable children’s lives.

We’ll support you with your training and when you register, we’ll send you a pack filled with training tips and fundraising activities as well as your own t-shirt.

By taking part in the HACK and raising money through sponsorship you’ll be making a huge difference to children and their families across Northern Ireland who rely on our vital services.

“I’m scared about the thoughts I’ve been having recently. All I think about is dying. Whenever I’m left alone I feel anxious because I hear voices telling me to hurt myself. I can’t cope anymore – I really need help.” – anonymous call to Belfast base

Or why not volunteer?

We always need volunteers to help out on the day. You could find yourself meeting and greeting participants, marshalling the route to keep our walkers safe, cheering walkers or helping to set up the check points. For further information contact your local HACK team at HackNI@nspcc.org.uk

I really hope that you will be able to join us.
