VIDEO: U17s PREPARE FOR SCOTTISH TEST

Release Date: 24/09/2012

A TWENTY MAN squad has been named for Northern Ireland Under-17s as they take on Scotland on Tuesday 25 September (Stangmore Park, 12pm) in a warm-up game for their UEFA European Championship Mini-Tournament in October.

“Our preparations for this game have been good,” said U17 defender Jamie Harney.

“We were over in Poland and played in a tournament out there, and we have taken a lot of positives from that trip into this game tomorrow.  We have played Scotland in the Victory Shield before so we know their strengths and weaknesses, and we are confident that we can get the right result against them.”

The game kicks off at 12pm at Stangmore Park, Dungannon.  Entry to the game is free.
