Eglinton moved in front courtesy of a Declan Brown strike on 22 minutes but despite the best efforts of the visitors they were unable to find a way past 'keeper Andy Pierce before the break.
They perhaps came closest to levelling on the hour through Kyle Armstrong but that man Pierce again came to Eglinton's rescue.
But Lincoln Courts eventually got their reward following a sustained period of pressure on 69 minutes when Brian Duffy beat Pierce with a soaring effort into the net.
Both sides could smell victory but it wasn't long before Eglinton regained the advantage when Kyle McIntosh found the back of the net with a superbly executed overhead kick which gave the 'keeper no chance.
