ON Wednesday, the Northern Ireland senior women’s team will take on Norway in a UEFA Women’s Euro 2013 qualifier.
Back in November, Northern Ireland secured a fantastic 3-1 win over Norway at Mourveview Park, with goals from Kirsty McGuinness, Ashley Hutton and Rachel Furness.
In their last game against Bulgaria at Solitude on May 19, the Northern Ireland girls beat the visitors 4-1; and Alfie Wylie’s side currently sit 4th in the Group 3 table, only one point behind next Wednesday’s opponents.
