AN INDEPENDENT Arbitration Panel, set up under the Association’s Articles of Association, by Sports Resolutions (UK) and chaired by William Norris QC, has met to consider the Irish FA’s Appeals Board decision to uphold the validity of the Northern Amateur Football League’s primacy rule regarding Newington YC’s use of Seaview as the venue for their home fixtures.
The Independent Arbitration Panel ruled that they dismiss the appeal and find that the IFA was itself correct to dismiss Newington’s appeal against the NAFL’s Decision.
The full details of the decision will be published this afternoon on the Sports Resolutions (UK) website -www.sportresolutions.co.uk
