Portadown FC Community Fun Day took place last Saturday in glorious sunshine at Shamrock Park.

Youngsters and their parents thoroughly enjoyed the events on offer and the free burgers and refreshments were quickly dispatched.  The 7-a-side football was as competitive as ever, but played in a great spirit of sportsmanship.  Portadown Youth, St Marys and Lurgan Town from the IFA McDonalds Games Development Centre entertained the crowds

The bouncy castles and facepainters were constantly busy and the IFA penalty kick wall was well supported. It was clear from the expressions of the children that they were clearly enjoying themselves.

Thanks to Mayor of Craigavon, Councillor Carla Lockhart who came along to present medals to all the players on the day.
